The apartment, of approximately m² 40, has ceilings heights beyond 3 meters, walls thick and windows with shutters and blind shutters.
It's composed like this:
- a living kitchen with a sofa that is transformable into double bed (easy to use) there is a door window with an access to a balcony; it's equipped with a dishwasher, an air vent oven, a refrigerator with a freezing cellar, a steam iron and a ironing board, a drying washing set, a television set of 21" and a ceiling fan.
- a bedroom with a wide bridge wardrobe, a double bed and a little baby bed on demand; there is a door window with an access to the same balcony of the kitchen.
- a bathroom, with the access from the bedroom, there is a cabin shower and a washing machine.
It is situated on the first floor of a two storeys house, m. 20 from the pedestrian island (Corso Mazzini) and m.50 from the sea side.
It is separates from the railway by three rows of houses; the apartment 1 (east side) faces the vegetables market. All around of it, in the beam of 50 meters, there are a bakery, a bar, an ice-cream shops, a butchery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a tobacconist shop, a bookstall and various clothes and several articles shops.
This is the most central area of Grottammare.
