 The tenant is solely responsible for damage caused to people or things and as of now excludes the lessor from any liability.

 The lessee is also solely responsible for loss, theft, vandalism suffered and breakage of the bicycle and commits and undertakes to pay compensation up to the sum of Euro 200.
