It is the ideal choice to spend most of the italian holiday in the city center and near the seaside.
Description
The apartment, completely renovated internally in March 2024, is located on the ground floor of a 3-storey building. Its location is approximately 170 meters from the sea and approximately 110 meters from the pedestrian area of Grottammare (Corso Mazzini). This is the most central area of Grottammare. In front of the apartment there is a butcher's shop and next to it a bar. Within 150 meters: daily market for fruit and vegetables, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, mini-market, ice cream parlors, pizzerias and various shops. Furthermore, a few minutes away, there is the Ricciotti pine forest with a fenced children's park.
Access to the apartment is smart with password codes and/or IC cards.
The apartment, of approximately 35m², rented for summer holidays, is composed as follows:
-large fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, 60cm dishwasher, electric oven and extractor hood. The furnishings are completed with a double sofa bed (french type, 140x190cm), 32" LED TV with digital terrestrial, table and chairs. A corner, reserved for storage, is equipped with a washing machine. There is a French window, equipped with shutters with adjustable flaps, which allows access to the private courtyard.

-a bedroom with built-in wardrobe and double bed (160x190cm). In the room there is an additional single bed (80x190). All mattresses are individually pocket sprung. The window, equipped with a railing, mosquito net and opaque glass, overlooks the municipal road.

The apartment is equipped with the essential accessories for your stay: plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, broom, floor mop, basic household cleaning detergents, toilet paper, clothesline, steam iron and ironing board, mattress covers, pillow covers. Sheets, bedspreads, quilts and towels are excluded and, if needed, extras must be explicitly requested when booking.

Booking
The reservation implies the stipulation of an online rental contract.
The reservation is confirmed and final only after the payment of the deposit and the subsequent confirmation of the manager. Unconfirmed bookings will be automatically canceled without notice after 12 hours.
The deposit is equal to 35% of the total rental price.

Cleaning
The apartment is delivered perfectly clean and sanitized. It must be returned clean by the customer (tenant).
Intermediate cleaning is always by and at the expense of the customer (tenant).

Payment
The accepted payment methods are exclusively: cash, credit card and bank transfer.
The balance of the lease must be paid at check-in in cash or by credit card. It can also be paid by bank transfer but the same must be made at least 3 days before check-in by immediately sending a copy to the manager.
A security deposit of Euro 300 must be left at check-in in cash only. This deposit will be returned upon check-out if there is no evidence of damage and if final cleaning has been carried out.

Cancellation
Cancellation within 60 days of check-in: refund of the confirmatory deposit deducted € 50.00 for management costs.
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days from check-in: 50% refund of the confirmation deposit.
Cancellation between 29 days and 7 days from check-in: loss of the confirmation deposit.
Failure to show up at check-in and / or failure to cancel within 6 days before check-in: loss of the confirmatory deposit and obligation to pay the balance.

The property does not have a reception therefore it is necessary to make a specific appointment.
