Description
The apartment has high ceilings and large windows with shutters and it is situated in front of the sea, the second floor (only three flights of stairs, 32 steps) of a building with its own courtyard. The seaside is far about only 20 meters!
The building has the entrance on Via Roma, a road that runs along the railway; but the windows of the apartment, however, do not overlook the railway, but on the opposite side, that is, only towards the sea. However, if you are too sensitive to the noise of the train, this apartment is not so viable.
The apartment has been restructured inside in July 2015. It is composed as follows:
- Living room-kitchen furnished with a sofa bed (140cm wide bed), table and chairs, LED TV 24 "and a ceiling fan. The fitted kitchen is equipped with: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and extractor fan. The window will to enjoy a wonderful sea view.
- A double bedroom with wardrobe with 3 doors, one with interior mirror, a bedside table, a septet and container under the bed. From the window you can enjoy sweeping views of the beach and the sea.
- A bathroom with a vacuum cleaner and automatic timed, shower 70 x 90 cm.
The apartment has an entrance in Via Roma, the side railway. Through the private passage you can go immediately to the beach and Colombo Street, a pedestrian area; always walk in a few minutes, you reach the center of Grottammare.
The area surrounding this apartment is served by chalets with beach bar restaurants, plus a wide area of free beach and the bike path that connects Cupra Marittima and Grottammare to San Benedetto del Tronto.
It is the ideal choice to spend most of the holiday "immersed" in the sea.
The apartment is for rent for the summer holidays.

Booking
The reservation implies the stipulation of an online rental contract.
The reservation is confirmed and final only after the payment of the deposit and the subsequent confirmation of the manager. Unconfirmed bookings will be automatically canceled without notice after 12 hours.
The deposit is equal to 35% of the total rental price.

Cleaning
The apartment is delivered perfectly clean and sanitized. It must be returned clean by the customer (tenant).
Intermediate cleaning is always by and at the expense of the customer (tenant).

Payment
The accepted payment methods are exclusively: cash, credit card and bank transfer.
The balance of the lease must be paid at check-in in cash or by credit card. It can also be paid by bank transfer but the same must be made at least 3 days before check-in by immediately sending a copy to the manager.
A security deposit of Euro 300 must be left at check-in in cash only. This deposit will be returned upon check-out if there is no evidence of damage and if final cleaning has been carried out.

Cancellation
Cancellation within 60 days of check-in: refund of the confirmatory deposit deducted € 50.00 for management costs.
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days from check-in: 50% refund of the confirmation deposit.
Cancellation between 29 days and 7 days from check-in: loss of the confirmation deposit.
Failure to show up at check-in and / or failure to cancel within 6 days before check-in: loss of the confirmatory deposit and obligation to pay the balance.

The property does not have a reception therefore it is necessary to make a specific appointment.
