Levante apartment - summer vacation rental in Grottammare
It is the ideal choice to spend most of the italian holiday in the city center and near the seaside.
Description
The apartment, internally renovated in 2017, has an area of about 40 m² with ceilings over 3 meters high and thick walls. The windows, with double glazing, have shutters and adjustable blinds. It is located on the first floor (one flight of stairs, 22 steps) of a small two-story building. It is situated in the most central, well-served, and lively area of Grottammare: just twenty meters from the pedestrian area (Corso Mazzini), about 150 meters from the sea, and the train station is about 450 meters away. The apartment is located in the busiest and most central area of Grottammare; separated from the railway by three rows of houses, it overlooks the fruit and vegetable market and, right below, has a grocery store with a bistro and outdoor tables. Also, just a few steps away, is the Ricciotti pine forest with a fenced playground for children.
In the apartment, due to its location, it is possible to hear the noise of the opening of the daily market in the morning and the noise of people at the bistro tables in the evening. For those who are too sensitive to noise, the apartment has double-glazed windows and is equipped with air conditioning; this allows you to close the windows and reduce external noise. The air conditioning is an extra service, to be added when booking.
The apartment is made up of:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a French door leading to the balcony, featuring a dishwasher, convection oven, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, 32" LED TV, and ceiling fan. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed with a 160cm slatted wooden base (very easy to use, it opens like an accordion).
- A bedroom with a large wardrobe and a double bed (160cm) with an orthopedic base and individually pocketed spring mattress. The French door opens onto the same balcony as the kitchen. To make summer nights even more pleasant, there is also a ceiling fan. The apartment is equipped with a sturdy electronic safe (2.8L internal volume), anti-theft and anti-bounce.
- A bathroom, accessed from the bedroom, with a washbasin, bidet, toilet, and a very spacious shower cabin (100x70 cm) and a washing machine. For ventilation, there is a high window with a motorized opening.
- A small balcony that serves both the bedroom and the kitchen. The balcony overlooks the fruit and vegetable market and the street with the bistro tables.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessary accessories for your stay: plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, broom, mop, basic cleaning supplies, toilet paper, drying rack, steam iron, ironing board, mattress protectors, and pillow covers.
Bed linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets must be explicitly requested as extras when booking.
In case of a water emergency requiring water shut-off during the night, a water container and a bucket will be provided.

Booking
The reservation implies the stipulation of an online rental contract.
The reservation is confirmed and final only after the payment of the deposit and the subsequent confirmation of the manager. Unconfirmed bookings will be automatically canceled without notice after 12 hours.
The deposit is equal to 35% of the total rental price.

Cleaning
The apartment is delivered perfectly clean and sanitized. It must be returned clean by the customer (tenant).
Intermediate cleaning is always by and at the expense of the customer (tenant).

Payment
The accepted payment methods are exclusively: cash, credit card and bank transfer.
The balance of the lease must be paid at check-in in cash or by credit card. It can also be paid by bank transfer but the same must be made at least 3 days before check-in by immediately sending a copy to the manager.
A security deposit of Euro 300 must be left at check-in in cash only. This deposit will be returned upon check-out if there is no evidence of damage and if final cleaning has been carried out.

Cancellation
Cancellation within 60 days of check-in: refund of the confirmatory deposit deducted € 50.00 for management costs.
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days from check-in: 50% refund of the confirmation deposit.
Cancellation between 29 days and 7 days from check-in: loss of the confirmation deposit.
Failure to show up at check-in and / or failure to cancel within 6 days before check-in: loss of the confirmatory deposit and obligation to pay the balance.
