Description
The newly refurbished apartment, completed in July 2015, is located in the first row overlooking the sea, on second floor (only three flights of stairs, 32 steps) of a three-storey building. The apartment has the entrance on via Roma, a road that runs along the railway and overlooked by the windows of the kitchen and bedroom (the railway is about 20 meters from the building) . On the opposite side, that is towards the sea, the master bedroom overlooks. The seaside is far about only 20 meters!
The apartment is not suitable if you are sensitive to train noise.
From the condominium passage you can immediately access the beach by crossing via Colombo, a pedestrian area. On foot, in a few minutes, you can reach the center of Grottammare.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- living area-kitchen furnished with a small sofa, table and chairs, 32-inch LED TV and ceiling fan. The modular kitchen is equipped with: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and extractor hood. From the window you can enjoy a view of the old embankment of Grottammare, particularly suggestive at sunset.
- a double bedroom with large wardrobe with sliding doors, one of which is a mirror, two bedside tables, dresser with drawers and container under the bed and ceiling fan. From the window you can enjoy a wonderful view of the beach and the sea.
- a small bedroom with bridge and loft wardrobe with 3 single beds (one at the top with ladder and the third one can be pulled out from the bottom) and ceiling fan. From the window you can enjoy a suggestive view of the ancient village of Grottammare.
- a bathroom with large window, 70 x 90 shower cubicle and washing machine.
The apartment is equipped and equipped with essential accessories for the stay (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, broom, clothesline, hairdryer, steam iron and ironing board. Linen is excluded but it is possible to request extra sheets and towels.
It is also possible to reserve a cot and a baby food seat.
The area where this apartment is located is served by various chalet bars restaurants with equipped beaches, as well as a large free beach area and the cycle path that connects Grottammare to Cupra Marittima and San Benedetto del Tronto.
The city center (Corso Mazzini) is 650 meters away. Just a 5-minute walk (450 meters) from the apartment, there is an equipped and fenced playground for children. It is a valid alternative to the sea when you are looking for refreshment under the splendid Ricciotti pine forest.

Booking
The reservation implies the stipulation of an online rental contract.
The reservation is confirmed and final only after the payment of the deposit and the subsequent confirmation of the manager. Unconfirmed bookings will be automatically canceled without notice after 12 hours.
The deposit is equal to 35% of the total rental price.

Cleaning
The apartment is delivered perfectly clean and sanitized. It must be returned clean by the customer (tenant).
Intermediate cleaning is always by and at the expense of the customer (tenant).

Payment
The accepted payment methods are exclusively: cash, credit card and bank transfer.
The balance of the lease must be paid at check-in in cash or by credit card. It can also be paid by bank transfer but the same must be made at least 3 days before check-in by immediately sending a copy to the manager.
A security deposit of Euro 300 must be left at check-in in cash only. This deposit will be returned upon check-out if there is no evidence of damage and if final cleaning has been carried out.

Cancellation
Cancellation within 60 days of check-in: refund of the confirmatory deposit deducted € 50.00 for management costs.
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days from check-in: 50% refund of the confirmation deposit.
Cancellation between 29 days and 7 days from check-in: loss of the confirmation deposit.
Failure to show up at check-in and / or failure to cancel within 6 days before check-in: loss of the confirmatory deposit and obligation to pay the balance.
